The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide hardware and software problem diagnosis and resolution via telephone/email/chat for customer's end users.
- Route complex problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware and software problem resolution.
- Administer user account provisioning.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems and network infrastructure.
- Experience with ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Service Now.
