Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Manager to coordinate, organize, and implement all of our training programs. This individual will work closely with our Learning Experience Leaders and other site managers to ensure the quality of all programs and execute world-class training for all teammates and future leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain training schedules for Colombia and Mexico sites, ensuring transparency with other departments.
- Update all spreadsheets for rosters for Colombia and Mexico teams, reflecting changes in employee status.
- Create seats for new training staff, including updated job descriptions, duties, and pay ranges.
- Interview and onboard new training staff, providing an overview of TaskUs culture and job expectations.
- Set job expectations with training staff, including all policies and procedures.
- Grade training staff on training skill sets, assessing KPIs and measuring performance.
- Develop training staff and leadership through education and certifications.
- Observe training staff during training classes to maintain excellence in performance.
- Provide positive and constructive feedback, coaching and mentoring each trainer for improvements and praise.
- Provide KPIs and standards for each quarter for training staff, setting goals for each trainer.
- Provide tools and resources to assist in creating excellent training material.
- Document information on each training staff member, maintaining electronic records.
- Receive and analyze training evaluation forms for each class, identifying trends and patterns to improve the training department.
- Create and maintain training methodologies for the training department, finding innovative ways to enhance the training experience.
- Develop training courses to further educate current employees, preparing them for possible higher positions.
- Maintain strong communication with Recruiting and Operations, co-creating a strong cycle from pipeline to production.
- Five years of training experience.
- Two years of management experience.
- Two years of BPO experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong will to learn and adapt to quick change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
- Strong, confident, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and long hours.
- High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.
- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
