We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our team in the North American region. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing solutions using low-code and no-code tools to address client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop effective solutions.

- Implement and manage low-code and no-code solutions using tools such as Zapier, Make, and Salesforce.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low-code and no-code solutions in different platforms.

- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and propose solutions.

- Work closely with team members to ensure the quality of the outcome for every change.

Requirements:

- Native/Fluent or advanced English skills, enabling active and effective participation in meetings with diverse cross-functional teams.

- Experience in tools similar or such as SF, Zappier, Salesforce, etc.

- Manage and optimize SQL databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation.

- Solid experience with AGILE methodologies (Kanban, Scrum), demand management tools (Jira, ITSM, Trello, etc.), and knowledge documentation platforms (Confluence, GSites, etc.).

- Experience in supporting applications and services, including investigation, root cause analysis, detailing, and troubleshooting of production issues.

- Knowledge in REST, SOAP, Microservices and Webservices.

- Experience in understanding and analyzing complex scenarios made of various components/systems/services, involving different products and/or suppliers, and communicating through different types of integrations (services, queues, files).

- Proficiency with low-code and no-code platforms, including developing, integrating, and deploying solutions.

- Familiarity with API testing, creating requests, analyzing responses and identifying potential errors using tools like Postman.

- Experience with the processes involved in monitoring services and applications.

Nice to have:

- Create integrations using APIs

- Knowledge in development languages such as javascript, python or kotlin

- Understanding table relationships

- Experience with Salesforce
