We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Associate to join our team at YipitData. This individual will play a pivotal role in onboarding, developing, training, and coaching our revenue teams.

Job Description- Main Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver best-in-class, 5-week training programs for YipitData's revenue new hires across SDR, Sales, Client Strategy, and Business Development roles.
- Create comprehensive onboarding curriculums and prepare for upcoming new hires.
- Facilitate classroom and blended learning experiences.
- Host coaching sessions on soft skills such as objection handling, discovery, negotiation, etc.
- Complete weekly scorecards for active onboarding new hires.
- Administer and grade assessments and activities.
- Develop net new onboarding content and maintain existing content (when not in active onboarding periods).
- Improve broader content and resource management for the organization.
- Assess the impact of our onboarding program using ramp tracking metrics and anecdotal data.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and learning programs across our three core business units.
- Mandatory Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant enablement/sales training experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- C2 Level English proficiency.
- Experience building top-tier training programs for sales roles, including live training, async assignments, certification programs, evaluation mechanisms, etc.
- In-depth understanding of the sales process and experience onboarding revenue roles (Sales, SDR, Client Strategy, BizDev).
- Exceptional audience engagement skills with composure and adaptability to meet audience needs.
- A self-starter with strong judgment and an eye for our business nuances.
- Finance/sales experience is a plus.
- Strong coaching and role-playing skills.
- Necessary: Colombia-based residence.
- Competitive Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $36k - $56k per year, depending on experience.
