Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Risk Management Analyst to join our Global Business Service Center team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collateral management and be able to drive our customer experience strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review security agreements and standby letters of credit.
- Prepare various documents for banking purposes, including drawdowns and forms of demand.
- Assist with updating credit risk management tools and automating collateral activities.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and special requests to support business needs.
- Assist with SOX and year-end audits.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including treasury, tax, legal, and third-party banking institutions.
- Partner with the Risk Management team to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the entire collateral process.
- Take ownership of tasks assigned and proactively handle emails and queries from various teams.
- Minimum graduation degree.
- Ability to conduct business in both Portuguese and English.
- Working experience with Excel, PDF, and Word documents.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of collateral management.
- Consistently delivered accurate analytical support in a timely manner.
- Extensive experience in dealing with external customers to ensure timely data collection.
- Experience in handling collateral documents, including cash collateral and standby letters of credit.
- A balanced focus on controls and compliance, with a passion for enabling business efficiency.
- A customer-centric approach, with the ability to look at everything through the eyes of the customer.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate vision and roadmap to various stakeholders.
