People Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Services Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Bogota. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality and professional service to our entire client base.
Your primary focus will be on supporting critical functions that help People Operations run efficiently. This includes providing fast, friendly, and efficient support and advice for staff on simple policy and procedure questions, producing key employment documents, and supporting the Total Rewards team with leaves from carriers.
You will also be responsible for managing new starter processes and orientations, maintaining and keeping staff records up to date, and supporting requests for reports as needed. Additionally, you will contribute to a constructive culture that improves Arup's people's experience and work on specific projects in the annual People plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and advice for staff on simple policy and procedure questions.
- Produce key employment documents, including contracts and internal transfer letters.
- Support the Total Rewards team with leaves from carriers.
- Manage new starter processes and orientations.
- Maintain and keep staff records up to date.
- Support requests for reports as needed.
- Contribute to a constructive culture that improves Arup's people's experience.
- Work on specific projects in the annual People plan.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in the human resources field.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Solid attention to detail in composing and proofing documents.
- The ability to prioritize effectively and balance assigned work.
- Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of software applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software and Human Resources systems.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field – preferred.
