As a Commercial Growth Leader, you will be responsible for securing business growth through new customers or new business by identifying opportunities in existing and non-existing customers throughout the Andean region. You will work closely with the BD and sales teams to develop and implement strategies for business growth.

This role requires strong leadership skills to develop high-performing teams, ability to deal with challenging stakeholders, and excellent communication skills. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or engineering, with MBA preferred. At least ten years of experience in sales is required, along with native Spanish and proficiency in English.
