As a Digital Sales and Performance Manager, you will join our team of talented professionals who are passionate about innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your role will be critical in driving commercial transformation through digitalization, and you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that align with our company's strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop digital sales KPIs follow up to deliver to each country for the integration of performance reports and unified analyses.
  2. Ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease access to multiple Data sets (Internal, External, structured, and Unstructured) for all solutions inside PepsiCo's infrastructure while leveraging Global Infrastructure and resources.
  3. Provides and/or supports data analysis, requirements gathering, solution development, and design reviews for enhancements to, or new, applications/reporting.
  4. Be a key player in commercial transformation by defining, supporting, and training on digital indicators across the region, driving a mindset shift in decision-making.
  5. Drive B2B plans and other capabilities through data analyses and insights-driven decisions to grow digital sales in Latam.
