About Procesosbilingues: We are a lender enterprise operating in the USA and LATAM. Our company is dedicated to providing financial services to our clients, and we are currently seeking a Loan Processor & opener to join our team.
This is a hybrid position with a mix of administrative and customer-facing responsibilities. Your key tasks will include requesting and analyzing initial documents for credit applications, following up on customer requirements, and tracking leads to turn them into files. You will work closely with customers, loan officers, and internal and external partners to provide a high level of service.
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree (which can substitute for some experience at any level) and advanced skills in verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience in banking or finance customer service is also preferred. Additionally, you should be able to manage your time effectively and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits: As a Loan Processor & opener, you can expect a competitive salary of US$700 per month, plus benefits such as continuing training and opportunities for professional growth. You will work a standard schedule of 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, based on the USA timeline.
