Job Title: Media and Marketing Director

Location: Remote (EST Time zone)

Salary Range: up to 1200 USD


Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase revenue and brand visibility.
  • Create engaging content and oversee the growth of social media accounts across various platforms.
  • Lead and manage a small team of marketing professionals, ensuring the success of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads to optimize performance.
  • Use tools like Canva for content creation, focusing on high-quality visuals for the brand.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive communication and brand alignment across all channels.


**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in marketing and social media growth strategies.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads (bonus if experienced).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage marketing campaigns from the ground up.
  • Leadership experience in managing and directing a small marketing team.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting to drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives.


**Nice-to-Haves:**

  • Experience driving enrollment/revenue through strategic marketing efforts.
  • Background in creating general marketing plans and content for specific markets.
  • Familiarity with leading digital marketing initiatives to enhance online visibility.
  • Experience in driving non-social marketing efforts, such as email campaigns, in-person events, and offline initiatives.
