This is an exceptional opportunity to lead our Field Sales channel, driving growth in GMV, new originations, and new merchant sign-ups. As a Field Sales Lead, you'll be responsible for overseeing the performance of Field Sales Supervisors, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Promote significant growth in GMV through the Field Sales channel by streamlining sales processes and enhancing team performance.
  2. Foster a robust originating rate for newly signed merchants across all regions.
  3. Streamline acquisition costs and achieve channel payback in a timely manner.
  4. Develop and implement a standardized performance management system for Field Sales Supervisors within the scheduled timeline.
  5. Establish hunting and farming teams nationwide, focusing on expanding field sales teams in secondary cities.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leading successful sales teams, with at least 4 years of leadership experience and a history of managing teams of 50+ members.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills, with a proven ability to drive GMV growth and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and key performance metrics.
  • Sales Target Achievement: validate historical data on achieved sales targets, including year-over-year improvements or benchmarks.
  • Effective Communication Skills: demonstrate through role-play scenarios, past conflict resolution examples, or presentations conducted in previous roles.
