Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Channel Development Manager LATAM. You will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive channel strategy that drives revenue growth and enhances customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a channel development plan that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth through partner enablement and sales.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key partners, leveraging their strengths to drive mutual growth.
  • Provide commercial enablement support to partners, including training, marketing, and technical assistance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of channel initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales management, partner sales, channel enablement, channel marketing, and/or channel development for software or services companies.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel sales and partner enablement.
  • Strong understanding of the utilities industry and customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving skills.
