Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to a high volume of support calls and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  2. Maintain a high rate of client retention by delivering superior customer service and addressing client inquiries effectively.
  3. Conduct research and resolve client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
  4. Escalate complex issues for clients following standard operating procedures.
  5. Participate in customer service training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.

Excellent English speaking skills.

Strong passion for delivering outstanding customer support.
