Key Responsibilities- Respond to a high volume of support calls and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a high rate of client retention by delivering superior customer service and addressing client inquiries effectively.
- Conduct research and resolve client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues for clients following standard operating procedures.
- Participate in customer service training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
Excellent English speaking skills.
Strong passion for delivering outstanding customer support.
