Overview of the Position

In this role, you will manage all operational functions within the organization, working closely with your team to foster ongoing development and enhance operational workflows. Your focus will be on maintaining efficient process management, reducing costs, and aligning the organization with the challenges of creating synergies with PayU. Additionally, you will oversee the operational tasks performed in collaboration with PayU, adhering to corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the acquiring processes for the financial entity. Ensure the execution of financial operations linked to the financial license. Uphold the regulatory framework for customer service. Manage regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations related to your responsibilities. Revise and update operational processes and manuals within the department.

Qualifications for Success

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Familiarity with processes related to deposit products, particularly electronic deposits. Experience managing products with the central bank. Strong knowledge of regulations and experience in reporting to various oversight entities within a financial institution. Collaborate effectively with IT teams to maintain a secure technological framework. Proficient written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. Background in operations within financial institutions and acquiring processes.
