Job Overview

We're seeking a Strategic Project Coordinator to join our Strategy, Enablement & Transformation team. As a member of this highly visible team, you'll work closely with operations and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop appropriate planning.

Your primary responsibility will be to successfully execute projects within the Shared Services Organization and stakeholder groups. You'll need to coordinate global relationships across multiple functional areas, third-party providers, and regional constituencies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, develop, and execute project schedules to ensure timely completion of deadlines and milestones.
  2. Provide insights to enhance processes and tooling, support implementation best practices, and process improvements.
  3. Develop, run, and distribute status and progress reports to update leadership and project team members.
  4. Regularly communicate with senior management regarding project deliverables.
  5. Analyze and assess activities to provide stakeholders with timely updates.
Requirements:
  • Experience in large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Project and/or Program Management experience, with a good understanding of a typical lifecycle.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge and ability to evaluate business processes.
  • Expert presenter using data and visuals to tell project status and stories.
