Job Overview
\GSGlobales, a Scotiabank Group company, is seeking a Senior Mortgage Operations Manager to support our global services in Bogota, Colombia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 40-60 employees and contributing to the overall success of our Mortgage Servicing department.
\Key Accountabilities
\- Lead a team of Mortgage Servicing officers and senior officers, providing direction and guidance to ensure successful execution of business strategies.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and meet Bank requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement, developing recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with governing regulations and internal policies.
Education and Experience
\- College diploma/Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and/or a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Previous supervisory/management experience is required.
- English language skills at the Advanced level.
