Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and host cultural, professional, and social events for interns in Medellin to foster a welcoming and connected community.
- Build engagement among virtual interns by coordinating online events, managing WhatsApp group interactions, and facilitating networking and collaborative sessions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by taking accountability for our Global Customer Net Promoter Score across both in-person and virtual programs.
- Serve as the primary contact for intern support, addressing questions, handling feedback, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
- Provide timely and efficient inbox management to support program participants.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic event calendar that aligns with interns' interests and goals, offering both in-person and virtual activities.
- Oversee onboarding for new participants and manage their pre-internship experience.
- Assist the lead coordinator with administrative and logistical tasks to streamline operations and continually elevate the intern experience.
- Create and implement content strategies, producing engaging multimedia content for our intern community.
