**Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager**

 

**Salary:** $25.32 - $30.19 per hour

 

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities, including coordinating and supervising warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor new associates on standard operating procedures and equipment operation.

• Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, stacking of product, and picking and staging of outbound shipments.

• Efficiently and accurately load orders according to customer specifications.

• Research and resolve discrepancies in shipping and receiving processes.

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including activity reports and productivity sheets.

• Collaborate with operations supervisors and managers to achieve company objectives.

 

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years' experience in logistics or related field preferred.

• Proven track record of success in leading teams and improving operational efficiency.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
