This role is part of our team's efforts to optimize production processes and improve efficiency, quality, and safety standards. You will be responsible for overseeing operations, directing line personnel, and analyzing process improvements to reduce defects and scrap while increasing yields.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field, experience with problem-solving methodologies, and knowledge of Lean tools such as 5S, CQE, and/or APICS certification. At least two years of experience in a similar position is required.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the company's location.

This is a hybrid role that includes working from home and onsite. You will have the opportunity to discuss details during the interview.
