Responsibilities
- Email Management: Handle incoming emails from clients, partners, and potential collaborators regarding sponsored content opportunities. Ensure accurate and informative replies.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through prompt and professional communication.
- Data Management: Maintain organized records of all communications, sponsored content agreements, and key details.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure successful content postings and meet client requirements.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to streamline communications, optimize internal processes, and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience as a virtual assistant, email support, or customer service role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in email management tools and basic knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools.
