Job Title: Digital Media Insights Specialist

Overview:

This role is ideal for a professional looking to gain experience in media and social monitoring and analysis, in a fast-paced and highly international environment. As a Digital Media Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and managing data from multiple media sources, analyzing performance metrics, and creating actionable research reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Management: Collect data from various media sources, including social media platforms, television, radio, print, and digital advertising channels.
  • Data Accuracy and Consistency: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across projects.
  • Search Queries and Taxonomies: Create basic and complex search queries/taxonomies using Boolean language.
  • Monitoring and Data Analysis: Set up and maintain an efficient alerting system based on account teams' project needs.
  • Media Performance Metrics: Analyze media performance metrics, such as visibility, reach, engagement, conversions, or ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Carry out thorough and pertinent data analysis on audience behavior, content preferences, and market trends specific to the Americas.
  • Reporting and Visualization: Produce clear and actionable research reports using visual storytelling and create live dashboards in media monitoring tools hosted by preferred partners.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in data collection, monitoring, reporting, and visualization in advertising/PR agencies or marketing departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of North American business culture.
  • Knowledge of PR/communications, and marketing.
  • Ability to work closely with international stakeholders and adapt to the demands of a global organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • English fluency (C1 or B2+).

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
