Role Overview

The Proposal Assistant II plays a crucial role in supporting the Proposal team by efficiently gathering, organizing, and managing all necessary documentation for proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned proposal communications, ensuring all related documents are collected and organized according to established procedures.
  • Prepare essential tender administration documents, including organization charts, responsibility matrices, and tender schedules.
  • Compile and assemble tender documents, ensuring the preparation of comprehensive tender packages.
  • Oversee the authorization and signature workflow to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain an organized electronic archive of all proposals managed, ensuring the integrity of the Proposal database.
  • Collect relevant data and assist the Proposal team by preparing basic analyses and reports.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or Technical diploma.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, with a preference for candidates with document control experience.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
