About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Strategist to join our team at elev8, a leading provider of 360-degree solutions for the behavioral health industry. As a Senior SEO Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our clients through effective search engine optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Comprehensive SEO Strategies: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases that align with client objectives. Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance, including optimizing website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements.
  • Lead On-Page Optimization Efforts: Take the lead on optimizing website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop Effective Backlink Strategies: Develop effective backlink strategies to improve search rankings, including identifying and acquiring high-quality backlinks from relevant sources.
  • Implement Local SEO Strategies: Implement local SEO strategies to improve local search visibility, including optimizing Google My Business listings and creating location-specific content.
  • Optimize Cost-Per-Lead and Cost-Per-Acquisition: Own cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition optimization, focusing on conversion metrics to drive increased campaign ROAS/ROI for all our clients.
  • Conduct Landing Page Optimization Tests: Create and run landing page optimization tests to increase conversion volume and quality of leads generated for our clients.
  • Set Up and Configure Live Cross-Channel Campaign Dashboards: Set up and configure live cross-channel campaign dashboards for clients and compile monthly and quarterly basis with analysis for client presentations.
  • Support Customer Success Managers: Support Customer Success Managers as needed during weekly/monthly client calls and ad hoc technical assistance.
Requirements
  • English Fluency: English fluency (C1-C2 level) both written and verbal.
  • SEO Experience: 3+ years of experience as an SEO specialist, preferably with U.S.-based clientele/market experience.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working with the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Education: Degree in Communication, Marketing, or similar.
  • SEO Expertise: Understand current SEO best practices, search engine ranking factors, intermediate marketing principles, and a strong grasp on how to help clients meet business goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient using pertinent SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Conductor Searchlight, etc.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Proficient with data analysis in Google Analytics and reporting software.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Highly organized, motivated, and a self-starter with a strong ownership of work, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities.
