Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate financial transactions, including accounts receivable, to ensure timely collections and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish and English-speaking clients to resolve billing inquiries and payment discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve overall financial performance.
- Provide regular updates on outstanding accounts and assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable and cash flow forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in the accounts receivable function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in both English spoken and written.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software Quickbooks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with international accounts receivable processes is a plus.
