Job Overview

TGM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in executing projects and managing operations. This role involves real estate project management, property management, development oversight, bookkeeping, and general administrative responsibilities.

About You
  • You have at least four years of experience in a related role, such as real estate project management, property management, or development.
  • You are proficient in project management tools, such as Asana.
  • You possess C1-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • You can work independently and take full ownership of execution.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Project Management – Oversee real estate projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  2. Real Estate Development Support – Work with architects, contractors, and city officials to ensure smooth execution.
  3. Property Management – Manage properties in the US and CO, ensure compliance with lease agreements, tenant communications, coordinate vendors, coordinate leasing, and ensure stable property operations.
  4. Bookkeeping & Financial Oversight – Assist in managing project budgets, expenses, and financial records.
  5. Administrative & Operational Support – Handle scheduling, documentation, and assist with day-to-day business needs.
