The Technical Sales professional will be responsible for generating sales, providing technical support, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Offer technical guidance on our products and services
Qualifications
1. 5 years experience in CCTV or ISP industry
2. Excellent Communication skills and Customer Service skills
3. Technical Support abilities for networking solution in CCTV and ISP
4. Ability to work independently and remotely
5. Experience in the networking or telecommunications industry is a plus
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
