RUCKUS Networks is seeking a highly skilled Inside Systems Engineer to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. As a member of our Inside Sales organization, you will play a critical role in supporting both Customer and Partner communities.
Key responsibilities will include working closely with Inside Sale Account Managers (ISAM) and Inside Business Partner Managers (IPAM) to design and sell Ruckus networking solutions. This will involve developing a strong understanding of our Ruckus Networks wireless, wired, and software products, and acting as a technical advisor to Customers and Channel Partners.
You will also be required to perform technical demos, proof of concept trials, and technical training to engage customers and partners. Additionally, you will assist the ISR and IPAM in driving revenue and selling solutions to obtain quota goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of Ruckus networking solutions and their applications.
- Work closely with ISAM and IPAM to design and sell Ruckus networking solutions.
- Act as a technical advisor to Customers and Channel Partners, providing expert guidance and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, or Networking Engineering; Computer Programming; Information Technology; Management Information Systems; Computer Science; Mathematics or equivalent to 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree.
- 5 years experience working with IP/Ethernet Switching/Wireless technologies.
- Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
- Experience in any type of sales or support position.
