Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

XPEL is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory, delivering exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed growth objectives
  • Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service and relationship-building
  • Monitor and analyze customer product usage to identify opportunities for new product introductions and revenue maximization
  • Manage and develop business relationships, providing regular management summary reports as required
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and support through various channels
  • Conduct individual market analysis to develop and implement customer acquisition and conquest strategies
  • Follow up on sales leads, collaborating with the Sales Administration team for efficient client onboarding and integration
  • Work closely with the install operations manager to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations
  • Proactively seek new opportunities for growth by going outbound and creating strategic initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends and updates through participation in internal educational training, reading professional publications, and maintaining personal networks

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field/equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, and proven sales track record
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and organized
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong people skills, negotiation skills, and sales skills
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Make appropriate judgments, customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
