Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite).
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
