We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented customer service specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the system.
  • Manage customer inquiries and respond to their needs in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare quotes, sales proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer accounts, price lists, and sales records in CRM or ERP systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
