Job Overview

As a New Home Sales Consultant at Starlight Homes, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted guide during the home buying sales process. Your mission is to navigate buyers through what they perceive to be an intimidating process, helping to make their home ownership dreams come true.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Process: Deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with Starlight Homes' training and drive the sales process to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Sales Presentation: Develop, practice, and deliver effective sales presentations consistent with company training to engage new prospects and convert them into customers.
  • Lead Generation: Engage with new prospects, follow up with interested prospects, and set appointments to transition leads to prospective customers.
  • Community Expertise: Immerse yourself in community information and trends, including schools, utilities, tax information, recreational areas, and shopping areas to better meet the needs of clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
  • Real Estate License: Valid/Active Real Estate License Required; Starlight Homes is willing to assist those without a real estate license obtain one, in part of a reimbursement policy.
  • Additional Qualifications: Ability to work weekends (but will either have Monday/Tuesday off, or Thursday/Friday off), experience working with Microsoft Office products, and ability to learn new software programs.

Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year based on location and experience.
