Your Role: Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing critical documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery, with attention to detail and a focus on timely execution.

Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed with courts and easily accessible when needed.

Communicate with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and other interactions.

Support case preparation by gathering necessary documents, conducting interviews, and maintaining evidence, all while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Collaborate closely with the legal team, participating in virtual and in-person meetings to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Your Qualifications: Leadership and Expertise

Paralegal certification or degree from an accredited institution, with a strong foundation in legal principles and practices.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more relevant practice areas, with a proven track record of success and expertise.

Strong preference for prior experience in law firm office management or legal operations, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.

Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and office productivity applications, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.

Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Spanish fluency is highly preferred, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
