Job Description:
The Senior Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that drive business results. This will involve analyzing market trends, creating engaging content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on our current Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and new potential ICPs to identify trends, behaviors, and preferences;
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies;
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop engaging marketing campaigns tailored to our ICP;
- Assist in creating content that resonates with target audiences, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns;
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and distribute marketing campaigns effectively;
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and market trends;
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the marketing team.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role (internships included);
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging content;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
