Key Responsibilities:

  • FINANCIAL SUPPORT:
    • Assist the Junior Accountant with various tasks
    • Organize and manage invoice schedules
    • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
    • Support in financial reporting activities
    • Manage petty cash reconciliation
    • Adhere to all established policies and compliance standards set by KM2 Solutions. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the above.

  • INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:
    • Work under the guidance of Global Field Support
    • Prepare equipment for remote work setups
    • Receive and inventory remote work equipment
    • Maintain and update inventory records
    • Check and replace peripherals as necessary for both onsite and remote equipment
    • Assist with any IT infrastructure challenges that arise
    • Ensure proper inventory management
    • Follow all established policies and compliance standards set by KM2 Solutions. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the above.
    • Additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
    • Report to the Administrative Coordinator and Site Director
    • Oversee and enforce COVID-19 protocols across sites
    • Document and report any violations of established COVID-19 protocols
    • Participate in weekly meetings with the Administrative Coordinator to discuss violations and align on procedures.
    • Assist in preparing equipment for remote work deployment
    • Maintain inventory records for all deployed equipment and their status
    • Coordinate with IT for the reception and preparation of equipment for deployment.
    • Manage the deployment and reception of remote work equipment, including serial number documentation and proper filing.
    • Adhere to all established policies and compliance standards set by KM2 Solutions. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the above.
    • Additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT:
    • Report to the Human Resources Manager
    • Maintain employee records
    • Archive all HR-related documentation
    • Document activities performed by the Health and Safety Partner
    • Adhere to all established policies and compliance standards set by KM2 Solutions. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the above.
    • Additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • RECRUITMENT ASSISTANCE:
    • Report to the Recruiting Manager
    • Maintain the referral program documentation
    • Gather and organize employee files for new hires
    • Conduct background checks on prospective employees using designated digital platforms
    • Assist candidates during their arrival and guide them through the interview process
    • Collect essential information from candidates
    • Follow up on candidates regarding documentation requirements
    • Adhere to all established policies and compliance standards set by KM2 Solutions. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the above.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an internship or apprenticeship program in a related field

Skills and Competencies:
