About the Role

The Finance and Administration Manager will be responsible for leading the financial management of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  2. Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance.
  3. Supervise and coordinate the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  4. Implement financial controls and procedures to ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
  5. Provide financial guidance and support to the management team to ensure effective decision-making.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
  8. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective financial planning and management.
  9. Develop and implement financial training programs to ensure the financial skills and knowledge of the team.
  10. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, advanced degree preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in corporate finance, with experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and financial management.
  3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and accounting standards.
  4. Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  5. Language: Advanced English proficiency.
  6. Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Excel.
