Human Resources Specialist

BOG Fortrea Colombia Ltda. is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our HR Service Delivery Team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing timely information to employees regarding their general HR inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a central point of contact for employees and leaders for HR-related inquiries via a Case Management System.
  • Provide superior customer service when responding to employee questions regarding payroll, company policies, benefits, and general HR inquiries across the company.
  • Complete US I-9 documentation and process using E-Verify system.
  • Facilitate off-boarding activities, including termination documentation, final paychecks, and separation information.
  • Process various forms related to documenting Human Resources activities.
  • Maintain employee personnel electronic files.
  • Perform employment verifications.
  • Participate in and on HR Service Delivery projects, as needed.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Customer Facing Human Resources experience is preferred.
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Superior customer services skills in a multi-faceted environment; in writing, via phone, and face-to-face.
  • Flexibility and the ability to multitask is critical.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with many different individuals and prioritize numerous responsibilities.
  • Strong computer skills essential, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Workday and a Case Management System, a plus.
