About the Role

Zimmer Biomet is a global medical technology leader, and we're committed to providing mobility and renewed life to people around the world. As a key member of our talent team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our GBS Site in Bogotá.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Administer two or more functional HR programs in accordance with corporate directives.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Investigate Team Member issues upon request or direction, reporting results to department management, and manage the appropriate resolution of issues to solve the problem in the most effective manner possible.
  • Negotiate with local vendors of supporting programs or projects.
  • Investigate allegations to resolve employee relations issues for the best possible outcome in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Support inquiries related to benefits, retirement, compensation, etc.
  • Participate in routine HR projects including communications, participating in meetings, tracking results, and assisting with reporting.
Requirements
  • English proficiency is required (B2+ or C1).
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of Human Resources or Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience is also preferred.
  • Knowledge of Colombian labor legislation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) is necessary.
  • Knowledge and experience with any HCM system is preferred. SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus.
