Business Growth Manager

The Enterprise Sales Manager will drive in-country relationships with strategically important Enterprise customers, focusing on generating new revenue and maintaining strong customer relationships for IWG.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Generate new revenue to achieve sales targets on designated Enterprise Accounts.
- Maintain top-level relationships with assigned accounts to understand customer needs and IWG solutions.
- Partner with Operations and Sales colleagues to ensure consistent customer experience and develop target customer solutions.
- Share feedback from Enterprise customers to support customer service and solution enhancement.
- Support other strategic business development activities as required.
Requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to develop, manage, track, and close large deals, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in selling to large companies and B2B solution/service sales.
- Ability to work with customers to map out product sets and contract structures.
- Experience in matrix organisational structures and excellent communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial results-driven bias.
