Job Purpose

The Enterprise Sales Manager will drive in-country relationships with strategically important Enterprise customers, focusing on generating new revenue and maintaining strong customer relationships for IWG.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and expand a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  2. Generate new revenue to achieve sales targets on designated Enterprise Accounts.
  3. Maintain top-level relationships with assigned accounts to understand customer needs and IWG solutions.
  4. Partner with Operations and Sales colleagues to ensure consistent customer experience and develop target customer solutions.
  5. Share feedback from Enterprise customers to support customer service and solution enhancement.
  6. Support other strategic business development activities as required.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proven ability to develop, manage, track, and close large deals, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  3. Experience in selling to large companies and B2B solution/service sales.
  4. Ability to work with customers to map out product sets and contract structures.
  5. Experience in matrix organisational structures and excellent communication skills.
  6. Strategic thinker with a commercial results-driven bias.
