We're seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team at Influ2.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving account growth through strategic planning and execution. You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and develop tailored plans to achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Strategic Plans: Create and implement account growth strategies that meet or exceed customer objectives.
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Foster trust-based relationships with customers, engaging proactively, listening actively, and empathizing with their concerns.
  • Analyze Customer Data and Metrics: Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement using customer data and metrics.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align goals, share customer insights, and drive coordinated efforts to deliver customer success.
  • Demonstrate Technical Aptitude: Become a subject matter expert by learning the ins and outs of the product. Effectively identify issues, troubleshoot, and offer customers solutions for resolution.
