Your Role at Baxter: As an Inventory Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for balancing and optimizing supply planning to meet demand from our customers. You will provide input to define and implement supply planning processes or alternatives. Your goal will be to guarantee inventory health by facilitating improvements and projects through segment reduction, optimizing operational inventory value.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accountable for optimizing inventory performance and accomplishing financial inventory targets.

* Minimize excess & obsolete inventory through product life cycle management using MRB tool, VSM methodology, and Inventory optimizer.

* Assist with generating monthly and quarterly inventory level reports for all regions and consolidate data.

* Handle and report supply chain risks such as low coverage, excess inventory, inventory strategy changes, and bring up issues when necessary.

* Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to define, test, and implement reporting that supports greater efficiency in proactive, forward-looking decision making.

* Plan and complete assigned tasks within tight deadlines.

* Establish a solid program of Cashflow improvement projects (CIPs) for all regions.

What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

* Minimum of 1+ years' experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing Planning.

* APICS certification is preferred.

* English (Required).

* Advanced Excel skills (Required).

* Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI (Desired).
