Our team members are the driving force behind our success, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Director to join our team in Cartagena, Colombia.
About the Location:
Located in the historic city of Cartagena, our hotel is a stunning example of colonial architecture, with 131 luxurious rooms and suites, four restaurants and lounges, and two rooftop pools. Our spa is a tranquil oasis, offering a range of treatments and services to help our guests relax and rejuvenate.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Spa Director who is a true leader in the industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a deep understanding of the latest spa trends and technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, including managing a team of therapists and staff, developing and implementing new treatments and services, and ensuring that our spa remains a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of spa services, including salon, skin care, fitness, and wellness programs
- Develop and implement new treatments and services to stay ahead of the competition
- Manage a team of therapists and staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest spa trends and technologies to ensure our spa remains a leader in the industry
