Key Responsibilities
Are you passionate about strategizing, developing, and evaluating marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and lead engagement? As a Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist, you will spearhead campaign and demand generation efforts within the Pardot platform, collaborating closely with design and content teams to implement best practices for email marketing and nurture sequences, while optimizing campaigns and engagement metrics.
You will report directly to the Executive Director of Marketing Operations and Digital Experience, contributing to the organization's success by facilitating email, lead nurturing, and demand generation strategies that highlight TTEC as a premier CX partner, ultimately enhancing lead volume, quality, and engagement.
Daily Activities Include:
- Leading nurturing initiatives, including the development of Engagement Studio Programs:
- Configuring cadence, actions, and rules
- Implementing email nurture best practices
- Analyzing sequence metrics and identifying optimization opportunities
- Creating and editing Pardot email templates, managing dynamic send lists, and scheduling email distributions based on campaign criteria.
- Implementing personalization techniques such as dynamic content blocks and Handlebars Merge Language (HML) scripting.
- Developing Pardot web forms, including autoresponder emails and campaign synchronization with CRM systems.
- Establishing page actions and automation rules to improve database accuracy and lead categorization.
- Overseeing Pardot reporting and analytics to support marketing and sales objectives.
- Conducting Pardot database audits to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Possessing 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in managing marketing automation projects within Pardot or similar platforms.
- Demonstrating hands-on experience with Pardot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email configuration and engagement analytics.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, particularly in relation to Pardot integration.
- Educational background: BA/BS in Marketing or a related field, with relevant Pardot certifications.
- General understanding of HTML and CSS for email template creation, ensuring optimal design across devices.
- Experience working in an Agile project management environment, effectively managing multiple projects.
