About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Pardot Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading campaign and demand generation initiatives within the Pardot platform, working closely with the marketing design and content teams to implement Pardot email and nurture sequence best practices, as well as campaign optimization and engagement scoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build lead nurturing programs, including the creation of Engagement Studio Programs
  • Create/edit Pardot email templates, adding uploaded and dynamic send lists and suppression lists, and testing and scheduling of email sends, based on campaign and list criteria
  • Implement personalization configurations such as dynamic content blocks and/or Handlebars Merge Language (HML) scripting
  • Create Pardot web forms, including autoresponder emails, completion action rules, and campaign syncs to CRM (Salesforce), to support marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage Pardot reporting and analytics to meet the needs of the marketing and sales teams
  • Perform Pardot database audits to ensure data hygiene, mailability status, tags, and dynamic lists consistency, and new and ongoing page actions and automation rules accuracy

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B marketing experience in building, editing, and launching marketing automation projects in Pardot (aka Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), or similar marketing automation platforms, such as Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Demonstratable experience working hands-on with Pardot and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including experience with: Pardot email build, configuration, testing, and sending, email engagement analytics and reporting, email nurture sequencing via Engagement Studio programs, lead activity engagement scoring and ideal customer profile grading, including lead and CRM data hygiene via list building (static and dynamic), custom and default fields, and automation rules
  • Some experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly as it pertains to mapping to and from Pardot (Salesforce campaign creation, campaign member assignment, and default and custom field sync between Pardot and Salesforce)
  • Education requirement: BA/BS in Marketing or Computer/Tech-related subject, with Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification or Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification with 3+ years of demonstrable Pardot working experience
  • General knowledge of HTML structure and CSS for creating email templates, including experience with email structure, design, and layout best practices for delivery and display optimization across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and across email clients
  • Experience working within an Agile project management approach to multi-task and prioritize numerous concurrent projects and initiatives
