Job Description

This Senior Data Platform Manager will oversee the daily operations of our data platform, focusing on maintaining high standards of data quality, handling user tickets, and ensuring system reliability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with clients across various industries
  • Collaborating closely with the data analytics team and external third parties to assimilate data into the data lake
  • Implementing processes and procedures to maintain data quality and integrity
  • Diagnosing complex technical and business problems and implementing creative solutions

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and communication skills, fluency in English, experience in managing and mentoring teams, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or comparable experience is required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Full-stack development experience, SQL, DBT, Snowflake, or equivalent technologies
  • Current project leadership experience of technical teams
  • Experience across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement.
