Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior AI Developer to lead the development of our AI-driven emotional processing platform. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ai and Machine Learning Development: Build AI algorithms for personalized content adjustments based on user inputs and emotional responses, integrate facial recognition APIs to detect emotional states and enable real-time content adaptations.
  2. Therapy Simulation and Gamification: Translate EMDR therapy principles into interactive, gamified experiences using bilateral stimulation and reprocessing techniques, design engaging game mechanics to create a light-hearted yet impactful user experience.
  3. Data Analytics and Security: Develop systems to collect, analyze, and visualize user data for research and continuous improvement, ensure compliance with data privacy standards and implement robust security measures for sensitive user data.
  4. Cross-Platform and Future-Proof Development: Design and develop a web-based platform optimized for both desktop and mobile devices, architect solutions for seamless future integration with VR technology.
  5. Backend Development and Scalability: Create scalable backend systems to support increasing user data and engagement, develop an analytics dashboard for real-time insights into user behavior and trends.
  6. Ui / Ux Collaboration: Work closely with UI / UX designers to ensure an intuitive, user-friendly interface, implement engaging and interactive activities to keep users motivated throughout their sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks, experience with facial recognition APIs, and a strong background in backend development. Familiarity with mobile-first and cross-platform development best practices, as well as understanding of gamification principles and EMDR therapy techniques, is preferred.
