Senior Project Manager

Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Mixed-Use Development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects within budget, time, and quality parameters.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Project Planning: Create and manage project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure minimal impact on project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Mace's quality standards and industry regulations, and implement quality control measures to maintain high-quality project outcomes.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop project teams to achieve project objectives and improve team performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Commercial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Contract Administration: Administer contracts, including negotiation, agreement, and dispute resolution.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with Mace's health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
- Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications, such as MCIOB, MAPM, or MRICS, and a degree in a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and standards, including health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
