About the Role

The SEO Account Manager will be responsible for driving exceptional experiences and successful outcomes for our clients in the realm of digital marketing.

This role requires knowledge and experience with SEO best practices, trends, and principles to manage client and vendor relationships with great skill that delivers outstanding results.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage technical SEO expertise to deliver exceptional results and 'get the job done' for clients.
  • Manage client and vendor relationships to ensure excellent customer experiences and satisfaction with services provided.
  • Take the lead in developing, planning, and implementing technical SEO solutions while maintaining quality control measures.
  • Strategize content calendars and execute successful content marketing campaigns to drive engagement and results for assigned client accounts.
  • Upsell and cross-sell new products to existing clients while educating them on expected outcomes of tailored SEO solutions.
  • Educate clients on digital marketing products and best practices to optimize their understanding of products and performance of chosen products.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in advanced content and tags to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in SEO strategies implemented for clients.
  • Conduct problem-solving techniques with clients to ensure exceptional customer experiences and foster long-lasting working relationships.
Position Specifications

The SEO Account Manager position requires a full-time commitment with a consistent working schedule of 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.

Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD and paid days off policy are also included.
