At Assistant Launch, we're on the lookout for a seasoned professional to fill our Client Success Lead role. As a Client Success Lead, you'll be instrumental in leading our client support team and setting the stage for success by implementing efficient processes.

About the Role

This position involves being the linchpin of our client support team, supporting Executive Assistants (EAs) in delivering top-tier client experiences. Working alongside our Client Success Manager (CSM), you'll have the opportunity to lay the groundwork for our expanding Client Success team and ensure that we're exceeding client expectations every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Mentor: Be the guiding force for our team of EAs, coaching them to meet quality standards and ensuring our clients feel supported and valued.
  • Build Playbooks: Create and update streamlined playbooks for tools like Salesforce, Redtail, and Notion, making onboarding easier and helping our EAs become irreplaceable assets to their clients.
  • Champion Client Satisfaction: Keep a pulse on client happiness, using your organizational skills and proactive approach to identify trends and anticipate client needs.
  • Optimize Processes: Continuously refine and enhance our service delivery to make it more efficient, using your investigative skills to identify trends and anticipate client needs.

Requirements

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
