About the Role

We're seeking a Client Success Strategist to join our team at Assistant Launch. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a leadership role and drive client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with team management experience. They should possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in CRM and project management tools.

As a Client Success Strategist, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring our team of Executive Assistants (EAs) to meet and exceed quality standards. You'll also build playbooks for tools like Salesforce, Redtail, and Notion, making onboarding a breeze and helping our EAs become irreplaceable assets to their clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead & Mentor: Coach EAs to meet quality standards, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
  • Build Playbooks: Create and update streamlined playbooks for tools like Salesforce, Redtail, and Notion.
  • Champion Client Satisfaction: Monitor client happiness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Optimize Processes: Continuously refine and enhance service delivery, using investigative skills to identify trends and anticipate client needs.
