About This Role

As Senior Event Operations Director, you will provide visionary leadership that fosters an engaged team and ensures quality, efficiency, and superior service at each group function. This position exists to administer the successful planning, organization, and coordination of all banquet floor activities including exceptional banquet service execution, labor forecasting and control (scheduling), leading a management and service team of colleagues, with a focus on guest, colleague, owner, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and vision for event operations teams
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans to ensure seamless event execution
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of event operations professionals
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all events
Requirements
  • Prior experience in food and beverage leadership required
  • Strong knowledge of Banquet operations an asset
  • Prior experience managing union colleagues is required
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required
  • University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
