At Publicis Global Delivery, we are seeking a skilled Programmatic Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital advertising team, you will be responsible for leading digital campaigns for assigned advertisers, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance across multiple programmatic platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up programmatic campaigns, following established guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop performance and pacing strategies, ensuring campaign objectives are met.
  • Monitor campaign health, identifying areas for optimization and implementing data-driven solutions to improve performance.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, with a focus on campaign setup and execution within programmatic media platforms.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and communicate them to clients, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute beta tests, new platform integrations, and optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and result-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communication, business, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in programmatic media campaign management and optimization, with a strong understanding of digital advertising principles and practices.
  • English language proficiency (B2+ or higher).
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic media platforms, including DV360, TTD, and other DSPs.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
